Students across Illinois kicked off their “I Am. Are you?” Campus Challenge programs this week. Illinois State and Loyola are neck and neck leading the registration drive. Keep those numbers climbing! You can check out all the participating schools and current registration standings here.
2007 Campus Challenge Update – Week 1
Loyola also took the honor of launching the state’s first Campus Challenge event at the campus Wellness Fair—helping Fair go-ers test their “Operation” skills during donor registration outreach. While the wish bone and charlie horse gave the surgeons quite a challenge, there was nothing challenging about registering their decisions to become organ and tissue donors. More than 20 people registered!

In addition, congrats to the Students for Organ Donation chapter at North Central College for the excellent article about their newly formed in the NCC Chronicle that you can read here. Also, big congrats to College of DuPage for receiving official word on their newly formed Students for Organ Donation chapter.
Be sure to send us photos from your registration efforts and check back often! We’ll update the campaign page as well as Facebook and MySpace frequently during October, to keep everyone tuned in to the latest lifesaving registration results from around the state.
Keep up the great work!
