Are you a fan of Donate Life Illinois on Facebook? If not, this summer is a great time to join.
Here at Donate Life Illinois, we believe our Facebook fans are some of the best in the world. So, we’ve decided to reward them by giving away seasonal prizes all summer long—water bottles to stay cool, CDs to rock at the beach, T-shirts to soak up the sweat and cinch bags to carry hold all your giveaways.
It’s that simple! New videos and prizes will be posted weekly throughout the summer. Be sure to look for updates on the Donate Life Illinois Facebook page and the Summer Giveaways event page.
We can all be thankful for Cocktails 4 Causes, a gathering for drinks, small bites and networking with proceeds going to a different charity each month. For the inaugural event, Lisa Petrilli and Lisa Diomede are hosting a gathering at The Drake Hotel with proceeds benefiting the Living Kidney Donors Network. Cocktails4Causes utilizes social media to connect with others and invite attendees.
Reps from Gift of Hope Organ and Tissue Donor Network and Life Goes On will be on hand to answer questions and register donors. The Drake will also be donating an additional dollar to the Living Kidney Donors Network for each person that registers at the event.
